Forecast for 21st to 27th May 2024

• Rainfall is expected to continue over the Lake Basin, Highlands East and West of the Rift Valley, Central and southern Rift Valley, North-western, parts of the Coast and
  North-eastern regions, the Lake Victoria Basin and the Rift Valley
• High average daytime (maximum) temperatures of more than 30oC will be experienced in most parts of the Coast, North-eastern and North-western Kenya.
• Average night-time (minimum) temperatures will be low (less than 10oC) over some parts of the Highlands East of the Rift Valley.

Weather Review for  13th to 19th May 2024

• Rainfall was recorded in several parts of the country..
• Day-time (maximum) temperatures increased over a number of stations including Voi, Thika and Garissa among others and decreased over Kakamega, Kericho and  Kisii.
• Night-time (minimum) temperatures decreased over a number of stations including Kitale, Eldoret and Lodwar among others and decreased over Lamu, Malindi and Suba among others.
