Kenya is already experiencing the impacts of climate change, with extreme weather linked to poor health, altered wildlife migrations, damage to infrastructure, and food and water insecurity. Large gaps in observational data over Africa, along with complex natural variability, make it difficult to determine how some aspects of the climate are changing. 

The launch of this report is an opportunity to continue exploring the different climate change solutions that the country can adopt, while at the same time, help mobilise more action from different communities, policy makers, media and other stakeholders.

This interactive breakfast forum will therefore;

• Provide insights on various community and climate led expert solutions
• Offer an opportunity to interact with the authors of the report and engage in dialogue that can ensure greater support and new ideas on climate change solutions for the country
• Identify areas of further collaboration in research, policy & practice
