Release of the OND Seasonal Forecast

Dr. David Gikungu, Director of the Kenya Meteorological Department (KMD), today announced the release of the seasonal weather forecast for the upcoming months of October, November, and December. This critical forecast aims to prepare the nation for the expected climatic conditions, helping various sectors plan accordingly to mitigate potential impacts.

The detailed forecast, essential for agriculture, water management, and disaster preparedness, predicts varying weather patterns across different regions of Kenya.
